Kero Gaming Soccer Settlement Rules

Market descriptions may contain specific constraints on the resolution of the market (i.e. blocked shots are excluded from shots markets). Please refer to the bet slip to review constraint details within individual markets, if any.

All time frames specified within markets are inclusive of the start and end times mentioned (i.e. WILL THERE BE A CORNER KICK TAKEN BETWEEN 12:00 AND 18:59? , will be settled YES, if there is a corner taken at exactly 12:00 or 18:59).

Abbreviations are used as identifiers to describe team names (i.e. Real Madrid is RMA).

Statistics provided by and defined by the micro betting stats provider will be used to determine the settlement of bets placed on: (I) shot off-target, (II) shot on-target, (III) shot, (IV) shot outside the box, (V) blocked shot, (VI) free kick, (VII) throw-in, (VIII) goal kicks, (IX) corner kick, (X)save, (XI) substitution, (XII) goal, (XIII) foul, (XIV) out of bounds, (XV) booking, (XVI) offside, (XVII) player, and other statistics as defined by the micro betting data provider.

If a market’s conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, bets are voided. Only specified statistics are considered, ignoring others. For example, in a market asking “What happens first after 50:00?”, where Option A is “Shot”, Option B is “Foul”, and a corner kick occurs before either a shot or foul, the market stays open until one of the specified conditions is met. If neither are met for the duration of the match as defined below, the bet is voided.

Where statistics are not provided or there is overwhelming evidence that the settlements are incorrect as defined by the rules within this document, we will use evidence from secondary data providers to support resettlement claims. Where there is an absence of secondary data provider coverage on the specified event, video replay may be used as a final check to establish a verdict on the resettlement claim. In the case where there is no video replay or secondary source available, the original settlement will stand based on the evidence by the micro betting data provider. Resettlements are at the sole discretion of the Kero customer support team, and require resounding evidence in order to be executed.

Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned or Interrupted

Section titled “Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned or Interrupted”

Markets only publish 15 minutes before the game start time. If the match is abandoned or postponed, we consider the event to be completed and automatically void all bets and close the event. We further reserve the right to void bets if we receive an indication by our data provider that the game was rescheduled, canceled or abandoned.

Bets on matches played before the scheduled date or time are valid if placed before the new kickoff. Abandoned matches are considered void unless a bet’s outcome was already determined, such as the first goalscorer. If an interrupted match resumes and finishes within a reasonable time frame since the start of the event, as determined by the stats provider, bets remain valid. Otherwise, bets are void except those already decided. If a match is replayed in full, it is treated as abandoned, voiding bets except those determined before the interruption.
