Kero Gaming American Football Settlement Rules

Market descriptions may contain specific constraints on the resolution of the market (i.e. Starting at 3rd & 5 @ PIT 20). Please refer to the bet slip to review constraint details within individual markets, if any. Where there are multiple constraints with the same description in the same game, refer to the time of publish for the point of reference of the settlement.

For cases where markets are provided for situations that do not occur, such as “Will the team make a 45-yard field goal?” with a constraint specifying that it is their 3rd drive’ and the team instead attempts a 4th down conversion, all bets are voided.

If there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play stands (is not nullified), the respective markets will be settled according to official statistics of the play prior to the penalty being assessed. The markets will be deemed no action when there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play is nullified (no official statistics recorded). Bets have action in the event of a pre snap penalty.

Overtime counts in all markets unless otherwise stated. For example, the market “which team scores the first touchdown?” includes overtime if no touchdown is scored in regulation.

Statistics provided by and defined by the micro betting stats provider will be used to determine the settlement of bets placed within the following categories: (I) Next Play, (II) Big Play, (III) Player , (IV) Drive Progress, (V) Drive Result, (VI) Special Teams, (VII) Contextual Markets as outlined below.

Pay close attention to the drive and play-number specified in the market’s constraint. All next play markets will be settled based upon the constraint specifications within the market’s description. For example, “starting at 3rd & 5 @ PIT 20 (CLE 2nd drive)” will have action based upon the play matching the field position stated and drive number provided.

If there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play stands (is not nullified), the respective markets will be settled according to official statistics of the play prior to the penalty being assessed. The markets will be void when there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play is nullified or aborted (no official statistics recorded). Bets have action in the event of a pre snap penalty.

Play markets will void when the markets that are created are not a valid representation of an actual registered play (i.e. a field goal is attempted on 3rd down at the end of a half). All bets are void in the instance of an accepted or post-snap penalty that negates the market’s specified play. Any play which does not occur due to the end of the half or game will be void.

Next play type
Next play? Starting at 2nd & 6 @ TB 40 (DET 3rd drive) Pass | Run

Incomplete or intercepted passes, QB Sacks, or Fumbles will stand as passing attempts or pass plays. A fumble on exchange to the RB will stand as a run play.

Next play 1st down
Bears 1st down next play? Starting at 3rd & 3 @ SF 40 (CHI 4th drive)

An offensive rebound continues a possession. So if a player misses a FG, the team grabs an offensive rebound and scores, the result of the possession is a score. This remains true no matter how many offensive rebounds occur until one of the stated settlement outcomes are met.

The yardage of a play used for settlement purposes does not include penalty yardage that may be added onto the end of a play. For example, a 12 yard pass play with a 10 yard penalty added on only counts for 12 yards, not 22. Yards after reception by the receiving player are included for 20+ yard reception settlements. Results are for plays that start from scrimmage. Kickoff and punt return yards do not count.

20+ Yard Reception / 10+ Yard Rushing / 20+ Yard Offensive Play This Drive
Jaguars to record a 20+ yard play this drive? (JAX 3rd drive) No | Yes

If the specified team does not record a completion/reception/rush within the drive but does record a play from scrimmage, “No” will still be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
Quarterback, and non-runningback positions rushing for 10+ yards count in settlements.

Sack
Steelers defense to record a sack this drive? (PIT 3rd drive) No | Yes

In college football, intentional grounding will settle the market as “Yes”. In the NFL, intentional grounding will not settle the market as “Yes”.

Player(s) must participate in at least one (1) play (including special teams) for bets to have action. Bets are action if a player competes in one Down. Player vs player bets are action if both players compete in one Down. Push rules apply. Specifically for Live In Game Player Performance bets; if, after placing a bet, the selected player is not on the field for one further Down (or, if the player is a Kicker, is not “dressed”), bets will be deemed no action.

Player Next Pass Attempt Result
(#4) Dak Prescott to complete his next pass attempt? Starting at 2nd & 6 @ PHI 25 (DAL 6th drive) No / Yes
Incomplete or intercepted passes, QB Sacks, or Fumbles will stand as passing attempts or pass plays. A fumble on exchange to the RB will stand as a run play.
Receiving yards includes yards recorded after the initial catch within the same play by the player, as documented by the data provider.
Player Yards on Next Rush
(#26) Saquon Barkley yards on his next rush? Starting at 3rd & 2 @ PHI 35 (PHI 4th drive) Under 3.5 / Over 3.5
The market will void if the player does not have another rushing attempt after the listed drive number and field position.
A penalty that negates a rushing attempt will not settle the market and the result will be determined by the next rush.
Next player to make a reception
Which Chiefs player will make a reception next? Kareem Hunt, Isiah Pacheco, Xavier Worthy, DeAndre Hopkins, Hollywood Brown, Travis Kelce, Noah Gray, Other Offensive Player
Predict which player will record the next catch for the indicated team after the specified play. The market will settle as “Other Offensive Player” if a pass is caught by a player on the specified team other than the included player selections.
The market will void if no player on the team has another reception after the listed drive number and field position.
Drive touchdown scorer
Ravens 5th drive touchdown scorer? Russell Wilson, Najee Harris, Jaylen Warren, George Pickens, Calvin Austin III, Mike Williams, Pat Freiermuth, Other Offenive Player, No Touchdown
For touchdown scorer bets, the player who crosses the goal line with the football (rushing) or catches the ball (receiving) in the end zone is considered the touchdown scorer. A quarterback or any other player who throws a touchdown pass does not count for scoring.Wagers on players who are active and ready to play will count. Wagers placed on any player who is not active will be void. If no offensive touchdown is scored on the specific drive, then ‘No Offensive Touchdown’ will be the winner.

Markets will be settled when there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play stands (is not nullified). The respective markets will be settled according to official statistics of the play prior to the penalty being assessed. Bets will remain settled in the event of a pre snap penalty. Furthermore, replayed Downs due to non-Automatic Penalties, e.g., Offside, Encroachment, Delay of Game, Illegal Substitution, Excess Timeout, Facemask, Neutral Zone Infraction, Running into the Kicker or More than 11 players on the field at the snap, do not count unless committed with 5 yards or less to go of the first down marker.

Markets will be voided when there is a penalty on the play after the snap and the play is nullified to be replayed (no official statistics recorded). For settlement, the drive only refers to offensive plays. Special teams plays such as kick and punt returns do not count for the “drive” therefore, and will be treated as non-occurences — i.e. if the team returns the ball past the line referenced, the “drive” cannot therefore pass the line specified and will result in a void.

New Set of Downs
Patriots to gain a new set of downs this drive? (NE 2nd drive) No | Yes

A new first down achieved by pass, rush, or penalty will settle the market with “Yes” as the winning selection. An offensive touchdown will settle the market with “Yes” as the winning selection. “No” results will be determined by no new First Downs being achieved within the specified drive (this includes cases such as a Safety, Field Goal, or a Turnover).

Team to cross the X-yard line
Raiders to cross the 50 yard-line this drive? (LV 5th drive) No | Yes

In the event of time expiring, the final spot of the ball, which could either be the forward progress of the ball during a play while time expires, or the line of scrimmage of a play that is not run due to time expiring, will be considered the final yard line. If the ball is fumbled, settlement is determined on the yard line of the fumble being lost. The line of scrimmage must be established past the yard line stated. Red-zone refers to inside the opponent 20 yard-line.
Penalties that move a team across the stated yard line will count towards the “Yes.” If the team on offense crosses the stated yard line successfully, and subsequently is pushed back before the stated yard line whether it be due to a negative play, a penalty, or any other reason, the “Yes” selection will still be the winning selection. A team must successfully complete a play across the stated yard line for the “Yes” selection to be considered the winning selection. If the offensive team crosses the stated yard line on a play, but then turns the ball over before the play is completed this will not be considered as them successfully crossing the stated yard line.

All drive result markets settle upon the completion of said teams’ drive. Any drives which are completed due to the end of the half or game, will be void. Bets are deemed no action in the event of an incomplete drive. Drives begin on the first offensive snap of the ball and do not include special teams plays such as kick or punt returns (i.e. punt return touchdown).

Drive Outcome
Cardinals drive result (ARI 3rd drive) Punt, Field goal attempt, Touchdown, Other
The Field Goal selection is the winning selection in the event of any attempted field goal, whether it is made or not.
If a team punts the ball, that drive/possession is over, even if the team fielding the punt fumbles the ball or muffs the catch at any point during the play and the punting team recovers. A new drive will commence after that play.
Field Goal Made This Drive
Rams to make a field goal this drive? (LAR 8th drive) No / Yes
The offense must attempt a field goal on the stated drive for a result to be established. A made field goal will settle as “Yes”. A missed or blocked field goal will settle as “No”. The market will be void if a team sets up for a field goal on the play but time expires, there is a botched snap, or fake field goal attempt. The kicker’s foot must make contact with the football to be considered an attempt.
Turnover This Drive
49ers defense to force a turnover this drive? (SF 2nd drive) No / Yes
All turnover markets include the following cases for settlement:
- Turnover (Interception or Fumble Lost),
- Turnover on Downs (failed 4th Down attempts). Punts will therefore not be considered turnovers for settlement purposes.
- Defensive touchdown (except when a blocked punt results in a touchdown)
- Safety

Markets will void when the markets that are created are not a valid representation of an actual registered play (i.e. a team goes for it on 4th down instead of attempting a field goal as stated in the bet title).

Kickoff to be a touchback
Chargers kickoff to result in a touchback? (LAC 4th drive) No / Yes
The market will void in the event of an onside kick. If a player fair catches the kickoff outside of the end zone, this does not count as a successful touchback and “No” will be the winning selection in this market.
The market will settle in all other scenarios including squib kicks and penalties, as long as the play stands.
Fair Catch on Punt
Chargers kickoff to result in a touchback? (LAC 4th drive) No/ Yes
The market will void if a punt is not attempted on the specific play from the listed field position and drive number or in the event of a fake punt or botched snap.
Punts that are blocked, kicked out of bounds, downed by the kicking team, go for a touchback, or are not able to be returned due to a penalty on the kicking team will result as “No” settlements.
Field Goal Attempt Result
Chiefs to make the 50-yard field goal try? 4th & 3 @ PHI 32 (KC 9th drive)
The market will void if a field goal is not attempted on the specific play from the listed field position and drive number (i.e. the team goes for it instead).
If a penalty is called changing the yard-line of the kick, all bets are void and a new bet must be placed with the adjusted field position and odds. If the opponent “ices” the kicker and calls a timeout before the kick is officially attempted, there is no action and bets will stand upon the final and official result of the kick.
4th Down Conversions
Browns 1st drive to include a successful 4th-down conversion? No / Yes
First downs earned by a penalty do not count as a fourth down conversion.
2-pt Conversions
Eagles to score the 2-pt conversion here? (PHI 8th drive) No / Yes
The market will void if a two-point conversion is not attempted. In the event of a pre-snap penalty, the market will settle as the outcome following the subsequent snap. In the event of a post-snap penalty that results in a retry, the market will void.

Where statistics are not provided or there is overwhelming evidence that the settlements are incorrect as defined by the rules within this document, we will use evidence from NFL.com’s data for the game to support resettlement claims. Where there is an absence of NFL.com data for the specified instance within the event, video replay may be used as a final check to establish a verdict on the resettlement claim. In the case where there is no video replay or NFL.com data available, the original settlement will stand based upon the evidence by the micro betting data provider. Resettlements are at the sole discretion of the Kero customer support team, and require resounding evidence in order to be executed.

Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned or Interrupted
Section titled “Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned or Interrupted”

Markets only publish 15 minutes before the game start time. If the match is abandoned or postponed, we consider the event to be completed and automatically void all bets and close the event. We further reserve the right to void bets if we receive an indication by our data provider that the game was rescheduled, canceled or abandoned.

Bets on matches played before the scheduled date or time are valid if placed before the new kickoff. Abandoned matches are considered void unless a bet’s outcome was already determined, such as the first goalscorer. If an interrupted match resumes and finishes within a reasonable time frame since the start of the event, as determined by the micro betting data provider, bets remain valid. Otherwise, bets are void except those already decided. If a match is replayed in full, it is treated as abandoned, voiding bets except those determined before the interruption.
